His extensive background has strengthened his skills in relationship building, communication, and execution. He worked in Connecticut and the Greater New York Metro area, where he built a substantial client base by addressing their individual financing needs. He managed team sales training and personal development to improve team performance and negotiation skills, and he consulted with real estate developers to secure project financing and customize marketing and sales strategies.

During this tenure, he received multiple prestigious awards. He proudly served on the local Board of Directors of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a professional real estate organization with over 17,000 members nationwide. Recently, he earned certification as a qualified trainer in the Homeowners Education Program.
